Neben <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Inbox Zero von Merlin Mann (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=z9UjeTMb3Yk\" target=\"_blank\">Inbox Zero von Merlin Mann<\/a> gibt es zahlreiche andere Strategien im Umgang mit der t\u00e4glichen E-Mail-Flut, darunter das sog. E-Mail-Delaying, also die verz\u00f6gerte Zustellung von E-Mails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Will man sich im Alltag ein bisschen Zeit freischaufeln, empfiehlt sich die automatische Verz\u00f6gerung von E-Mails. Man schiebt damit die Antworten automatisch in die Zukunft und kann gleichzeitig seine pers\u00f6nliche Antwortgeschwindigkeit bewusst drosseln. Auch sorgt die Funktion daf\u00fcr, dass man versehentlich abgesendete E-Mails an Kunden oder an den Chef f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Zeitraum noch zur\u00fcckholen kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses Vorhaben stelle ich nachfolgend drei Varianten vor, wie man das Gew\u00fcnschte umsetzen kann. In der ersten Variante legen wir (f\u00fcr jeweils alle genutzten E-Mail-Konten) eine (im Falle von Exchange serverseitige) Outlook-Regel an:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"297\" height=\"131\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2325\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2326\" width=\"355\" height=\"42\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"431\" height=\"71\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2327\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"502\" height=\"361\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2328\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"432\" height=\"132\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2329\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieses Verfahren verz\u00f6gert alle ausgehenden Nachrichten. Leider ist f\u00fcr die Zeit nur ein Wertebereich von 1-120 Minuten m\u00f6glich, sodass E-Mails um nicht mehr als 2 Stunden verz\u00f6gert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will man die Zeit verl\u00e4ngern und dar\u00fcber hinaus mehr Kontrolle, nutzt man die Erweiterbarkeit von Outlook durch ein individuelles <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"VBA-Script (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/de-de\/office\/vba\/outlook\/concepts\/getting-started\/using-visual-basic-for-applications-in-outlook\" target=\"_blank\">VBA-Script<\/a>. Dazu \u00f6ffnet man den Makro-Editor (ALT+F11), bewegt sich in auf das Modul \"ThisOutlookSession\" und f\u00fcgt eines der folgenden Scripte ein (die \u00c4nderungen sind auch ohne explizites Speichern und ohne Outlook-Neustart aktiv): <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"235\" height=\"52\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/6-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2332\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">In diesem Beispiel werden alle E-Mails automatisch um 18:00 Uhr zugestellt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"githubgist\" data-gist-file=\"1.vba\">2d72e6634514ecc92cf5f51fb5948278<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will man beispielsweise den Versandzeitpunkt jeder E-Mail um 8 Stunden verz\u00f6gern, tut es folgendes Script:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"githubgist\" data-gist-file=\"2.vba\">2d72e6634514ecc92cf5f51fb5948278<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und will man zu jede E-Mail zu christlichen Zeiten morgens am n\u00e4chsten Arbeitstag versenden, kann man folgendes verwenden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"githubgist\" data-gist-file=\"3.vba\">2d72e6634514ecc92cf5f51fb5948278<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Will man vor jedem Versand nach einer Verz\u00f6gerung gefragt werden, kann man auch einen Dialog vor dem Absenden anzeigen, in dem man gefragt wird, ob man verz\u00f6gern will oder nicht. Auch hilfreich: Ein Klick auf \"Abbrechen\" stoppt im letzten Moment den Versand der E-Mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"githubgist\" data-gist-file=\"4.vba\">2d72e6634514ecc92cf5f51fb5948278<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bereits verz\u00f6gerte E-Mails landen automatisch bis zum Versand im Postausgang des jeweiligen E-Mail-Kontos, von dem versendet wurde. Wichtig: Sie werden nur versandt, wenn Outlook ge\u00f6ffnet ist. Will man diese in Ausnahmef\u00e4llen dort wieder herausbekommen, verschiebt man die E-Mail zur\u00fcck in Entw\u00fcrfe, deaktiviert in den E-Mail-Eigenschaften \u00fcber Optionen &gt; \u00dcbermittlung verz\u00f6gern das H\u00e4kchen bei \"\u00dcbermittlung verz\u00f6gern bis\" und sendet erneut ab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damit alle oben genannten VBA-Scripte funktionieren, macht man aus dem Code in \"ThisOutlookSession\" ein eigenes, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"digital signieren (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/support.office.com\/en-us\/article\/digitally-sign-your-macro-project-956e9cc8-bbf6-4365-8bfa-98505ecd1c01\" target=\"_blank\">digital signiertes<\/a> VBA-Modul. Um die Funktionen vorl\u00e4ufig zu testen, kann man (am besten nur kurzfristig) alle Makros unter Einstellungen &gt; Trust Center &gt; Einstellungen f\u00fcr das Trust Center... &gt; Makroeinstellungen erlauben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"591\" height=\"131\" src=\"https:\/\/vielhuber.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/7-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2333\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Will man die Vorteile der ersten Variante (serverseitiger Versand) und der zweiten Variante (freiere Zeitwahl) kombinieren, empfiehlt sich beispielsweise <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Boomerang for Outlook (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.boomerangoutlook.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Boomerang for Outlook<\/a> mit der \"Send Later\"-Funktion.
